Window cleaning

Your windows will be cleaned with a method which for health and safety reasons is the industry standard.

Using water fed poles I can reach windows up to 30ft, delivering jets of water in its purest form leaving your glass crystal clear once dried.

My service will include a standard wash down of your frames and sills.

Deeper cleans of UPVC frame and sills will have an additional charge.

If you wish for the inside of your windows cleaned, this will be done using traditional methods.

Conservatory cleaning

Conservatories are 90% glass so it only makes sense that you should treat your conservatory to a full clean once in a while. This will include all glass, the roof and the frames.

The build-up of algae and dirt not only makes your conservatory tired and dirty, but left unchecked can cause irreversible damage. It could cause discolouration of the UPVC or cracks in the sills causing leaks.

Having your conservatory cleaned not only brightens your home up but helps you avoid expensive repair bills in the future.

Gutter clearing

Using a high performance gutter vac and a specialist camera attached to the suction pipe, I am able to clear your gutters safely from the ground.

My equipment will reach gutters up to 30ft, effectively removing blockages, debris and leaves etc.

Ensuring your guttering is working properly. Included in the service I am able to provide a video recording of your gutters before and after clearing.

UPVC cleaning – fascia and soffits

Why not complement your window clean or gutter clearance with a clean of your soffits and fascia.

Not only will it brighten up the exterior of your property, but it will help protect the UPVC from damage caused by external elements.

I can clean your soffits and fascia with my water fed pole and pure water. For heavily soiled UPVC I will use a specialist detergent to remove stubborn dirt particles.

Pressure washing – driveways/ patios

Using an industrial pressure washer I am able to spruce up your driveways and patios .
service includes a complimentary de- weeding if its required, as well as a free window clean of any windows that get mucky because of the clean.
Price is calculated per Sq Metre
Re sanding and any chemicals used if needed is additional charge.
